Description
The vinification and aging of the wines are carried out with respect for Burgundian tradition: long and natural fermentation in oak barrels, stirring until winter, followed by two years in the cellar. Balance, structure and expression of the terroir characterize the wines of this exceptional estate, whose prestige extends far beyond our borders. The Bienvenues-Bastard-Montrachet is reminiscent of its big brother the Montrachet, while revealing less richness but perhaps more finesse.
