The vines of Domaine Leflaive are cultivated in a biodynamic way (not certified) and are harvested by hand. After pressing in whole bunches, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 11 months (30% of which is new). On tasting, the nose is complex. On the palate, the wine is greedy with a beautiful aromatic intensity. The final as for it is of a magnificent salinity and length in mouth.
