Domaine Lamy-Caillat

Domaine Lamy Caillat is a small family estate located in Chassagne-Montrachet which was founded by Sébastien Caillat and Florence Lamy. The estate's vines are spread over three 1er crus and a village, all grown organically.

The couple produces a very small confidential production of micro-cuvées which benefit from traditional vinification with two years of aging in barrels before being put into vats. The objective of the Lamy-Caillat estate is to let the wine express itself as much as possible in order to draw the quintessence of the terroir. The wines are unfiltered and the bottles are all waxed by hand. The resulting wines are of great elegance and remarkable tension, perfect for long storage in the cellar.
