This beautiful bottle of Saint-Aubin "En l'Ebaupin" is a very beautiful 1er cru, typical of the appellation which is enhanced by the touch of the Lamy-Caillat estate. This plot of Chardonnay is located on the heights of the village, perfectly exposed on clay-limestone soil.
On the palate, the wine is remarkably tense, this white wine is very fine, mineral, with notes of white fruit and has a magnificent texture. The length in the mouth is magnificent for a Saint-Aubin. Sébastien and Florence delight us with this nugget.
We advise you to keep it in the cellar for a few years so that it expresses its full potential.
