Is my order insured?

Yes ! Each of our orders are carefully prepared in special packaging, hard and molded polystyrene, perfect against shocks and temperature changes. However, a delivery problem can still occur.

This is why all of our deliveries are handled by us. You don't have to pay any extra.

The insurance reimburses you for all damages in the event of loss, theft or breakage during transport.

What are the delivery times and costs?

We ship orders after validation of payment within 1-3 working days (excluding public holidays).

Our delivery rates are home delivery without customs clearance. You will have to pay in full any customs duties and taxes in your country. Please check with customs in your area.

Delivery times and costs are set by our carriers and depend on your country and the weight of the package. Prices may vary depending on the fuel surcharge which is calculated monthly

Delivery times are respected in the vast majority of the time. However, they may be delayed in certain cases:

My package arrived in poor condition (damaged cardboard, broken bottle ...) what should I do?

You must refuse the package for breakage, or make a reservation directly with the delivery person. Do not hesitate to contact our after-sales service via the contact form. If the package is returned to our warehouses, either by refusal of the customer, or for NPAI ... you have the option of returning the package at your expense by paying the postage again or requesting a refund of the goods.

What happens if the recipient of my order is absent when the delivery person presents the package?

How can I get an invoice following my order?
