Domaine Tenuta San Guido
Fans of great wines know Domaine Tenuta San Guido for its Sassicaia cuvée made up of cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc. In 1985, Robert Parker, illustrious critic, gave him the maximum mark. Its composition and label have not changed, the wine is still the same but its success is growing. This cuvée is made to keep, it deserves to wait fifteen years to reveal all its elegant notes of violet and its incredible minerality. For the more impatient, the estate offers a ready-to-drink cuvée under the name Guidalberto. Family values are just as important to Tenuta San Guido today. This is what binds each generation together and allows the field to remain successful. A separate estate whose character has made its cult vintages.
