Domaine François Lamarche

Domaine Lamarche is a family business whose origins go back several generations. Indeed, fourteen different wines have been produced there since 1797, on the prestigious terroirs of Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot. Family led by François Lamarche, his wife Marie-Blanche, his sister Geneviève and his daughter Nicole, the estate extends over 11.23 hectares, managed under sustainable cultivation and divided equally between the Pinot Noirs on the one hand, and the Chardonnays and Pinots Blancs on the other hand. Famous for exploiting in monopoly one of the rare Grands Crus of Vosne-Romanée, the Grande Rue, it also has three other grands crus, including Clos de Vougeot, Echezeaux and Grands-Échezeaux. The Lamarche family produces and matures its own wines; low yields, perfect ripening of the grapes as well as strict sorting characterize the wines produced at Domaine Lamarche.
