Description
The Meursault ‘Narvaux’ 2022 from the Jean-Marc Roulot domain is a masterful expression of Burgundy Chardonnay. Located on the heights of the village, above the premier crus, the Narvaux plot benefits from stony, limestone soil and ideal exposure, giving the wine a rare mineral tension and vibrant energy.
Vinified with legendary precision, the 2022 vintage reveals a pure and chiselled nose, with aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and flint. On the palate, the structure is straight and taut, with great finesse and a remarkably long, salty finish. The subtle ageing in Burgundy barrels (with little new wood) perfectly respects the fruit and terroir.
