This large bottle of Clos Vougeot is one of the twenty-four grands crus present on the Côte de Nuits and comes from the emblematic Prieuré Roch estate, renowned worldwide for the quality of its natural wines, without the addition of sulphites, unfined and unfiltered.
On the nose, we find intense notes of concentrated red fruits with a slight note of liquorice. As for the mouth, we find the same aromatic palette, with a dense and fleshy wine, with beautiful tannins on the finish.
The domain
Domaine Prieuré-Roch
The Prieuré-Roch estate covers 14 hectares and produces mainly wines for the Nuits Saint Georges appellation. They are the only ones able to produce the rare wines from the Clos des Corvées parcel.
