Description
This Meursault village from Vincent Dancer comes from the plot of Chardonnay “Les Grands Charrons”. The forty-year-old vines are located on deep clay-limestone soil, the white wines produced there have more substance and greater power than the other plots of Meursault village. This is why Vincent Dancer decided to vinify this cuvée separately from the other Meursault village.
During vinification, nothing is added, no sulphite, nor any settling is done. The aging is carried out for 18 months, 12 of which in oak barrels. We advise you to keep this bottle between 5 and 10 years in your cellar in order to sublimate this nugget!
