This wine is made from carefully selected grapes, hand-picked from the Domaine Roulot vineyards. The grapes are then pressed and fermented in vats, before being aged in French oak barrels for over a year. The result is an elegant white wine that perfectly reflects the unique terroir of Burgundy.
