This wine is produced from 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, which have been carefully selected and harvested by hand. The grapes are then fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. This wine is ready to enjoy now, but can also be stored for several years to reach its peak.
