The domain
Domaine Du Collier
Antoine Foucault (nephew of Nady Foucault du Clos Rougeard) and his partner Caroline Boireau created the Du Collier estate in 1999 in the town of Chacé en Saumur. The vineyard has a total of 7.5 hectares of certified organic vines, 5 hectares in white on the Chenin grape variety and 2.5 hectares in red on the Cabernet Franc grape variety.
