Domaine Anne Boisson

The Anne Boisson estate, located in the town of Meursault, is one of the little nuggets recognized by all lovers of great wines. Still little known a few years ago, the notoriety of the estate continues to grow thanks to the prestigious level of its white wines, which are of great depth and precision. The estate's wines are spread over the villages of Meursault and Auxey-Duresses.

Formerly the Boisson Vadot estate, it has been separated into 3 distinct entities in order to allow their children to express themselves freely. The parents, represented by the Boisson Vadot estate on 3.5 Ha; their daughter, Anne Boisson on 1.5 Ha; and their son, Pierre Boisson on 3.5 Ha.

During the harvest, a strict sorting of the bunches is carried out in order to guarantee high quality raw material. On the vinification side, a light batonnage is carried out in order to provide additional flesh. The wines are not filtered. The aging is long, between 15 and 20 months. This brings great finesse to the wine and a very long finish.
