Domaine Michel Grisard - Prieuré Saint Christophe

Installed in Savoy since 1971, Michel Grisard is a monument of Savoy. Through his work and above all his passion, he was one of the precursors of biodynamics in Savoie after having completely converted the 6 hectares of his vines in 1994. The grape varieties grown on the estate are Mondeuse for red wines and the highness for white wines.

In the cellar, the grapes are vinified as a whole harvest in order to preserve the aromas and finesse of the terroir and the grape variety.

Unfortunately, Michel Grisard decided to bow out in 2015. His estate was taken over by the Giachino brothers, with the ambition of perpetuating all the know-how of this great Savoyard winemaker.
