Maison Fang

Founded in 2019, Maison Fang is a micro-negociant based in Meursault, where Ming Fang, passionate and demanding, crafts wines of rare finesse. Born in China in 1987, he discovered Burgundy in 2007 and moved here to train in viticulture. After specialised studies, he made his dream come true by creating a confidential company producing wines from the finest Burgundy appellations: Meursault, Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses and Bâtard-Montrachet.

Only 5,000 bottles are produced each year, bearing witness to the meticulous work that goes into each cuvée. From the rigorous selection of grapes to the meticulous ageing process, Ming Fang controls each stage with extreme precision. His white wines, with their crystalline elegance, offer remarkable purity and depth, while his red wines, subtle and fruity, express all the richness and finesse of the Burgundy terroir.
