Domaine Benoit Ente

The Benoît Ente estate is now one of the most iconic names in Meursault and the Côte de Beaune. Heir to a demanding family tradition of expertise, Benoît Ente manages his vineyard with extreme attention to the terroir, the vines and the precision of the winemaking process. The plots, mainly located in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and the Burgundy appellations, are cultivated in a spirit close to organic farming, with very low yields favouring concentration and expression of the soil.

In the cellar, the winemaking process is carried out with great skill: gentle pressing, slow fermentation, careful ageing in barrels, without seeking a marked woody effect. The Benoît Ente style is distinguished by its crystalline purity, remarkable energy and chiselled minerality, supported by a rare aromatic precision. The wines offer a subtle balance between the natural richness of Chardonnay and saline tension, guaranteeing excellent ageing potential.

Sought after for their consistency and unique identity, the wines of the Benoît Ente estate are among the most prized whites in Burgundy, appealing to both collectors and discerning wine lovers in search of authentic emotions and great terroirs.
