Domaine Cecile Tremblay

The Cécile Tremblay estate, located in Morey-Saint-Denis, on the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, is one of the great estates of Burgundy, extremely sought after by connoisseurs.

The entire estate has been cultivated organically and biodynamically since its creation in 2003, across all of its appellations. Some vines are still plowed with horses. The estate produces exclusively red wines, among which we find the greatest appellations of Burgundy. More precisely on its 5 villages, 4 1ers crus (in the communes of Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges) and its 2 grands crus which are the famous Chapelle Chambertin and Echezeaux “du Dessus”.

The objective of the domain, I quote "To ensure an impeccable sanitary state of the vines, by creating harmonious living conditions between soil, plants and environment, in order to make the grapes as tasty as possible, to ensure the purity of the wines and the accuracy of vintages. »

A fan of vinification using unstemmed grapes, Cécile Tremblay aims above all for balance and obtains extremely velvety and fruity textures in her wines. Its wines are real nuggets, highly sought after by connoisseurs, which makes them very rare and difficult to find.
