Domaine de la Grange des Pères

The Domaine de la Grange des Pères is often considered by connoisseurs to be the largest estate in Languedoc. The estate is the most renowned and the most sought after of its IGP Pays d’Hérault appellation. Laurent Vaillé, talented winegrowers unfortunately left us in 2021, he had been at the head of the family estate since 1988 and greatly contributed to the reputation of the estate and the appellation. He trained in renowned domains of international class, such as the domain of Trévallon in Provence, with Jean-François Coche-Dury in Meursault and with Gérard Chave in the Rhône Valley.

The vines are managed in an ecological way and respect the principles of biodynamics. All the vines are managed without chemicals.

Concerning the aging, it is carried out for 24 months in barrels comprising a third of new wood. On the side of its assemblies, these are less classic. The red wines are made from Mourvèdre, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. For the whites, these include Chardonnay, Marsanne and Roussanne.

It is an essential area for great French and world wines. All amateurs and collectors dream of owning a few bottles of this divine nectar.
