Domaine Hubert Lamy

The Hubert-Lamy estate is one of the big names in the Saint-Aubin appellation. This appellation, which is unfairly less known than its neighbors Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet, has nothing to envy them, on the contrary and the Hubert-Lamy estate proves it well.

The Hubert-Lamy estate covers a total of 18.5 hectares of vines spread over 18 appellations on the Côte de Beaune, mainly spread over the villages of Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. The estate also has a magnificent grand cru, the Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet.

All of the estate's vines are certified organic. As for the aging of the wines, this is done in 600 liter barrels with the use of very few new barrels in order to limit the woody side of the wine and allow the different characteristics of the terroir to express themselves. each designation.
