A Pinot Noir cuvée from a plot very close to the Grand Cru Clos de Bèze. Chapelle Chambertin is one of the smallest climats to be classified as a Grand Cru, with fine clay soil and blocks of limestone on the ground. A plot of only 60 ares, with vines planted in 1945. Vinification: traditional, without SO2, with native yeasts and gravity... The result of viticulture that respects the environment.
The Trapet Père et Fils estate, based in Gevrey-Chambertin, is one of the most famous in Burgundy thanks in part to its production of wines under prestigious appellations such as the Grands Crus Gevrey-Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin.
