The Coffinet-Duvernay wines are vinified in a very traditional way, but with a "modern" concentration. The wines are wonderfully generous, fresh, lively and have great ageing potential. The domain's motto is to intervene as little as possible and to let the wine make itself, which is why malolactic fermentation is not prevented, and brings its fatness and opulence to this wine.

On tasting, the wine is lively, powerful and silky. It exalts aromas of white flowers and spices. The mouth is dense and floral. The estate produces an average of 1200 bottles per year.
Even if it can be enjoyed in its youth, we advise you to keep this grand cru in your cellar for at least 5 years before drinking it so that it can release its full potential.
