Domaine Darviot-Perrin's Burgundy Chardonnay “Les Magnys” is a vibrant wine that accurately reflects the essence of Burgundy terroir. The 0.22-hectare “Les Magnys” parcel is ideally situated just above the Hôpital de Meursault, on clay-limestone soil perfectly suited to Chardonnay. With vines averaging 60 years old, this wine benefits from a remarkable viticultural heritage.
This Chardonnay seduces with its freshness and liveliness, offering great tension on the palate. Thanks to precise ageing, of which only 20% is in new barrels, it retains a natural elegance without excess woodiness. On the nose, delicate notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruit harmonize with subtle minerality.
