Description
Pierre Duroché is undoubtedly one of the best newcomers to Burgundy. The first barrels were filled with the 1933 vintage. The vineyard covers 8.5 hectares with plots of Gevrey Chambertin, Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru and Grand Cru of the famous Clos de Bèze. He took over Domaine Duroché from his father in 2005; he supported his son Pierre in all his efforts for the perfect pinot noir. The respective terroir is unerringly crafted for each individual location, so it's no surprise that each individual wine can develop its own big personality here. Wines are bottled here as clear as liquid silk and with almost astonishing precision. A must for all lovers of the absolute harmony of Pinot Noir,

Family domain, the Duroché domain exploits currently 8 hectares of very beautiful wines of the Côte de Nuits. They are mainly to be tasted young or after a few months of keeping.
