The Bourgogne ‘Pinoterie’ from Domaine Prieuré Roch is a magnificent introduction to the world of this legendary Côte de Nuits estate. Made exclusively from biodynamically grown Pinot Noir grapes, this wine is produced without additives, added yeasts or filtration, in order to preserve the purest expression of the terroir. On the nose, it seduces with intense aromas of cherry, raspberry and red flowers, underscored by a touch of fine spices. On the palate, the texture is silky, the tannins delicate, and the finish lingers with a mineral freshness that is characteristic of the Prieuré Roch style. Domaine Prieuré-Roch
The Prieuré-Roch estate covers 14 hectares and produces mainly wines for the Nuits Saint Georges appellation. They are the only ones able to produce the rare wines from the Clos des Corvées parcel.
