The Chambolle-Musigny “Vieilles Vignes” from Domaine Gilbert et Christine Felettig is made from a blend of around twenty plots located exclusively within the Chambolle-Musigny Village appellation. These vines, spread over approximately 3 hectares, benefit from varied and complementary terroirs, allowing them to express all the complexity and finesse characteristic of this emblematic appellation of the Côte de Nuits.

The Vieilles Vignes designation reflects the advanced age of the vineyard, whose deep roots promote better water regulation and a more precise expression of the soil. The estate practices rigorous viticulture, with yields controlled at around 40 hl/ha, in order to preserve the concentration and natural balance of Pinot Noir. Annual production, around 7,000 bottles, is deliberately limited, guaranteeing consistent quality.

The grapes are harvested manually, with particular attention paid to ripeness and selection. Vinification is carried out with precision, favoring gentle extraction and careful aging that respects the fruit and the identity of the terroir.
