This is a fabulous Pinot Noir, which has nothing to be ashamed of when compared to a Premier Cru. On the nose, we find a floral wine with notes of finely spiced black fruits. We find the fruit in the mouth, the wine is fresh, delicate, with a slight acidity very well controlled, all with a good length in the mouth. This is a very balanced red wine.

Description
Do not be fooled by its name of "village", we are here in the presence of a great wine. It is a Chambolle-Musigny but vinified by the talented Christophe Roumier, from the Georges Roumier estate, one of the most famous estates in Burgundy.

It is advisable to keep the wine in the cellar for at least 3 years for the most impatient and ideally ten years for the wine to reach its full potential.
