From cultivation to vinification, each step is reasoned in order to produce wines that reflect the typicality of the terroir. On the nose, this red wine exudes aromas of red fruits. As for the palate, the wine is powerful, mineral, with a good structure and a good balance between softness, acid and tannins.
We advise you to keep this wine in the cellar between 5 and 10 years so that it expresses its full potential.

Domaine Pierre Amiot et Fils
Domaine Pierre Amiot et Fils, founded in 1951, is a small family estate located in the village of Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte-de-Nuits. It is currently operated by Jean-Louis and Didier who are the fifth generation of the family at the head of the estate. The vineyard extends over 8 hectares of vines divided between 40 plots located in the municipalities of Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin. In total, the estate vinifies 2 regional appellations, 3 villages, 5 premier crus and 2 grands crus.
