The vines are managed in a reasoned way and the harvest is manual to preserve the quality of the grapes as much as possible. This Burgundy White has a nice toasted nose, a ripe and ample mouth, rich, with lots of fruit. It can be tasted without problem during its youth, however we advise you to keep it for a few years in the cellar so that it expresses its full potential.
