Description
This Vosne Romanée village is produced by one of the rising stars of Burgundy, Charles Lachaux, sixth generation of the Arnoux Lachaux estate and who was elected in 2021 best young winemaker on the planet at the Golden Vines Awards, just that!
This cuvée comes from vines from 3 different plots, all located in the heart of the village of Vosne Romanée. On the vinification side, the grapes are destemmed, before carrying out a low-intervention alcoholic fermentation, a cold pre-fermentation of 3 to 7 days is carried out. Subsequently, the wines are aged by gravity and in French oak barrels (20% new barrels)

In its youth, the wine is very fresh, but we advise you to keep it 3 to 5 years in your cellar so that it expresses all its potential.
