On the palate, the wine is both powerful and mineral which brings sapidity. This white wine is very balanced between freshness and maturity. We find a nice tension and acidity at the end of the mouth which brings a nice length.

Pierre-Vincent Girardin is a very promising winemaker located in the commune of Meursault as he vinified his first vintage in 2017. He comes from a family of winemakers and runs a 4.5 hectare vineyard.
