Nestling in the heart of the prestigious Burgundy wine region, Domaine Charles Lachaux has embodied excellence and tradition for several generations. This winemaking project began with a parcel of Aligoté grapes on the family estate, but it quickly evolved into an exciting quest to create unique wines, rich in emotion and sensations.

The wines of the Charles Lachaux estate are much more than mere beverages: they are testament to the meticulous attention paid to each stage of the winemaking process. The cuvées, made from grapes carefully harvested by our partner winegrowers, are all certified Organic Agriculture, with biodynamic practices to preserve the natural balance of the vineyard.

Their viticulture and vinification ideals are based on respect for living beings and their environment. This is why Charles favours a gentle, low-intervention approach in the cellar, where whole bunches are vinified to preserve their integrity and fully reveal the unique characteristics of each vintage.
