Produced from the clay-limestone slopes of Péronne, this Mâcon-Péronne from the Thomas Collardot estate expresses with purity all the elegance of Chardonnay grown in southern Burgundy. The estate, known for its meticulous and environmentally friendly work, vinifies this cuvée with great precision, in a refined, unadorned style.
On the nose, the wine opens with frank aromas of white-fleshed fruits (apple, pear), enhanced by a delicate floral touch. On the palate, we discover a beautiful mineral tension, a lively and balanced texture, and a clean, very digestible finish.
