Domaine Thomas-Collardot

A small confidential estate, located in one of the most prestigious wine villages, Puligny-Montrachet. The Thomas-Collardot estate operates 2.50 hectares of family vines.

In 2010, Jacqueline Thomas decided to take over the vines and carried out her first vinification in 2015. She was quickly joined by her son Matthieu in 2018 and now vinifies their production together.

The estate has decided not to combine the different climates that make up the Puligny Montrachet appellation, but on the contrary to make micro-plots in order to best represent the different climates of the appellation. Among other things, the estate operates the Puligny Montrachet plots “Les Folatières, Hameau de Blagny, Les Enseignères, Les Houlières, Derrière la Velle and Au Paupillot”

The conversion to organic farming has been launched since 2021 with tillage carried out by horse on the “Hameau de Blagny” and the “Folatières”

Precision and sensitivity are the main values of the estate, the small surface area allowing them to be in almost permanent contact with each vine stock, to observe its development and the smooth running of its vegetative cycle. 12 cuvées make up the estate.
