Description

The Bastian Wolber estate offers Canopé, a cuvée that embodies its artisanal approach and respect for the vine. The result of rigorous selection and biodynamic cultivation, this wine reflects the richness of the Burgundy terroirs while bearing the signature of a passionate winemaker. On the nose, it seduces with complex aromas combining crisp red fruits, small black fruits, floral notes and spicy touches. The palate is full-bodied and precise, offering beautiful fruit intensity supported by remarkable freshness and silky tannins. The balance between liveliness and structure gives this cuvée great drinkability and rare elegance. The domain

The Bastien Wolber estate embodies the new generation of Burgundy winemakers, combining German rigour with French sensitivity. Based in Volnay, he cultivates 3.2 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using organic methods. Inspired by Jean-Yves Bizot and Jean-François Ganevat, he produces natural, precise and vibrant wines that are a true reflection of their terroirs.
