Théo Dancer's Savagnin Jurassique perfectly illustrates the authentic expression of the Savagnin grape variety, symbol of the great white wines of the Jura. For this 2024 vintage, the winemaker continues his demanding micro-négoce work by selecting grapes grown using environmentally friendly practices on the marl-limestone soils typical of the Jura terroir.

Natural vinification and deliberately discreet ageing preserve the identity of the grape variety and the brightness of the fruit, without masking the mineral signature of the terroir. On tasting, the wine reveals a pure and expressive nose, marked by citrus fruits, fresh apple, fine herbaceous notes and a chalky minerality. On the palate, the structure is taut, straightforward and salty, supported by a beautiful acidity that brings length and precision.
