Théo Dancer's Gamay Botanica embodies a modern and natural vision of red wine. Made exclusively from Gamay grapes, this cuvée is vinified with great freedom of expression, without artifice, in order to preserve the fruit's brightness and the identity of the grape variety. Ageing in amphorae and used barrels refines the wine's texture while preserving its crystalline freshness and great aromatic purity.

On tasting, the nose opens with delicious aromas of strawberry, cherry and raspberry, accompanied by notes of wild flowers and a subtle minerality. On the palate, the wine is light, juicy and perfectly balanced, with delicate tannins and a fresh, thirst-quenching finish.
