Théo Dancer

Théo Dancer is driven by the vision of a passionate young Burgundy winemaker, motivated by the pursuit of purity and authenticity. Trained alongside his father, Vincent Dancer, an iconic figure in the Côte de Beaune, Théo Dancer gained solid experience at the family estate, renowned for its great wines from Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault.

He then founded the independent wine merchant Théo Dancer, allowing him to fully express his creativity. At the same time, he developed his own vineyard in the Mâconnais region with the Roc Breïa par Théo Dancer estate. His work is based on partnerships with winemakers who share the same values, not only in Burgundy but also in the Jura, Savoie and Rhône Valley regions.

The vines are cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, with particular attention paid to respecting the soil and living organisms. The vinification process is as natural as possible, with the aim of producing sincere, unadulterated wines that highlight the expression of the fruit and the identity of each terroir.

Théo Dancer offers a range of white and red wines, mainly under the Vin de France appellation. These include Chardonnay and Aligoté whites, as well as Gamay, Grenache and Pinot Noir reds. These are unique wines, sought after by lovers of natural wines and beautiful discoveries.
