As its name suggests, this Meursault comes from old vines owned by the estate on the “Le Château” and “Sous la Velle” terroirs. They are on average about sixty years old and are cultivated organically and biodynamically like all the vines of the estate. Due to its age, the vine produces grapes that are smaller than average but whose fruit is much more concentrated.

On tasting, the nose is complex. This white wine reveals aromas of white fruits, dried fruits and flowers. On the palate, we find the same aromatic bouquet, with a slight minerality and great smoothness.
For the 2019 vintage, this nugget was only produced in 5459 bottles and 12 magnums. We advise you to taste it in its first ten years.
The domain
Domaine Bernard Bonin
Domaine Bernard Bonin is a very discreet estate in the Côte de Beaune. In search of authenticity, during the vinification, the grapes undergo as little transformation as possible to leave room for the natural.
