Description
The place called Valmur is located in the heart of the Grands Crus area of the Chablis region and produces one of the most sought-after and sought-after appellations in the region. The Jean-Claude and Romain Bessin estate owns 2.08 hectares of this nectar. The estate's vines are on average 50 years old.
On the vinification side, the vines are harvested manually before undergoing a slow low-pressure pressing of the whole harvest. Vinification and aging are carried out simultaneously in barrels and temperature-controlled vats. The aging continues on fine lees for 6 months. The bottling is carried out after a long aging of 18 months.
