Description
This Chassagne-Montrachet 1er cru produced by the Vincent Dancer estate comes from the "Tête du Clos" plot of Chardonnay, due to its location in the middle of the hillside, the "Tête du Clos" climat has a soil rich in alluvial pebbles which favors the drainage of the soil which makes it a very fine typical white wine of the appellation.
This bottle of Chardonnay exalts a great aromatic intensity of citrus fruits with beautiful buttery notes. On the palate, there is a nice balance between minerality and citrus freshness with a nice fat that envelops the mouth with great length. The wine is remarkable.
