Here this nectar is vinified by the fabulous domain Pierre-Yves Colin Morey who made us a brilliant white wine, of a magnificent minerality, salinity, aromas of great finesse and above all of exceptional depth.
This wine has a great aging capacity, between 10 and 30 years for the more adventurous among you, but which will reward you in the glass.
