The vines are managed in a reasoned way and the harvest is manual to preserve the quality of the grapes as much as possible. Michel Niellon's Chassagne-Montrachet village has a nice grilled nose, a ripe and ample mouth, rich, with lots of fruit. It can be tasted without problem while young, however we advise you to keep it 4 to 5 years in the cellar so that it expresses its full potential.
