Domaine La Vigne des Pères
From the outset, Aymeric has opted for an organic approach, a philosophy he has pursued from the outset and for which he has begun the certification process in 2019. With a surface area of 4.4 hectares rooted in St Joseph, as well as one hectare in Cornas, his land is the cradle of Syrah. This variety of grape is meticulously grown on mid-slopes, hillsides and plateaux with soils rich in granite, quartz and gneiss. The 30-year-old Syrah vines emanate a unique depth and complexity. Aymeric also reintroduced vines of Serine, a traditional variety, several years ago.
