- Vintage : 2021
- Grape variety : Chardonnay
- Format : 75 cl
- Cru : Village
- Region : Burgundy
- Country : France
- Condition : Perfect
This bottle has a light, fresh and racy nose. On the palate, the wine develops aromas of ripe fruit accompanied by light notes of mirabelle plum, all with magnificent tension sublimated by a ripe fruit finish. Jacqueline and Matthieu believe that this appellation reaches its peak after 7 years' ageing in the cellar, but this bottle can also be enjoyed easily in its early years.
Only 873 bottles and 30 magnums were produced for the 2021 vintage.

Description
Domaine Thomas Collardot's Puligny-Montrachet "La rue aux vaches" comes from a small parcel of vines planted in 1983 right in the heart of the appellation, just below the "Les Pucelles" climat. The soil is brown, rich and strewn with small stones. Historically, the village cowherd used to take the village cows to graze on the mountain in summer, passing along the Rue aux Vaches which runs alongside the parcel, hence the name "La rue aux vaches".
