The wine is made from vines that are on average around forty years old and are grown organically and biodynamically like all of the estate's vines. On tasting, the nose is complex. This white wine reveals aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits such as lemon. On the palate, the wine is buttery and we find the same aromatic bouquet, with a slight minerality and great smoothness.
For the 2019 vintage, this nugget was only produced in 1676 bottles and 69 magnums. We advise you to taste it in its first ten years.
The domain
Domaine Bernard Bonin
Domaine Bernard Bonin is a very discreet estate in the Côte de Beaune. In search of authenticity, during the vinification, the grapes undergo as little transformation as possible to leave room for the natural.
