This fabulous bottle of Jacquesson's Dizy-Terres Rouges cuvée was made from the 2015 vintage, which was marked by a mild, rainy spring, followed by a period of intense heat and drought. This magnificent cuvée is made exclusively from pinot noir grapes from a single plot, "Dizy - Terres Rouges", whose vines were planted in 1993 on limestone soil at the foot of an east-facing slope.

The champagne was matured in tuns on the lees, with no dosage (0g/l), filtered or fined, before its late disgorgement in March 2023.
Late disgorgement gives Cuvée Dizy - Terres Rouges an extra dimension. It allows the champagne to develop greater aromatic complexity and refinement. The flavours are refined and balanced, offering a unique and memorable tasting experience.
