Description
Domaine Thomas Collardot's Bourgogne Aligoté is sourced locally and organically, just a few kilometres from the village of Puligny-Montrachet. The wine is matured in the same way as the estate's other wines.
The Aligoté is matured in 350-litre oak barrels, which means that the wine is less marked by woody aromas despite the 50% new barrels. On tasting, the wine is taut, fresh and full-bodied.
