The estate's Bourgogne Passetoutgrain is a blend of Pinot Noir (30%) and Gamay (70%) from the “Monpoulain” and “Coulezain” lieudits, located on a 0.45-hectare parcel in the lower Volnay hillside. Yields are tightly controlled, with Pierrick producing an average of 1,200 bottles a year. That's a yield of around 20 hl/ha.
