Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot

Anchored in Chassagne-Montrachet since the 17th century, Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot continues a rich family winemaking tradition. Initially coopers, the Pillots turned to viticulture in the 19th century, developing their estate on the Burgundy hillsides. Today, the fifth generation, represented by Laurent and his son Adrien, manages 14.8 hectares of vines in 22 renowned appellations, including Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Volnay and Beaune.

The domaine cultivates its vines agrobiologically, without chemical herbicides, and has been a member of the Dephy-ECO-phyto group since 2012, testifying to its commitment to sustainable viticulture. The 2024 harvest is certified “Agriculture Biologique”. The wines, aged between 12 and 18 months in French oak barrels, reflect the finesse and complexity of Burgundy terroirs. Domaine Fernand & Laurent Pillot thus embodies the harmonious alliance between respect for tradition and innovation, offering wines of remarkable elegance.
